About the role
The Manufacturing Manager role is a Full-Time position, based at Scoresby, Victoria. Reporting to the Manager, you will provide end-to-end manufacturing process; plans and manages details of production activities in terms of output, quality, quantity, cost, despatch, time available and labour requirements.
In this role you will:
- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
- Lead a team of Production staff.
- Drive engagement on safety, environment, performance, quality, supply, service, delivery of finished goods and cost.
- Lead, participate and collaborate with the WCM team to implement World Class Manufacturing on site and into our day-to-day activities.
- Demonstrate constructive leadership, building a team of accountable people who can deliver the business goals, whilst role modelling the CSR Behaviours.
- Setting and managing the overall standards and performance expectations of the site.
- Responsibilities include but not limited strategic planning, overall cost management, operating structure, and capacity.

- Attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related areas.
