As Trade Marketing Assistant, you’ll report to the Repco Trade Marketing Specialist and play a hands-on role in delivering marketing campaigns across Australia that support both sales and brand objectives.
You’ll coordinate and execute promotions, events, and customer-facing activity across multiple channels, ensuring all work aligns with our brand positioning and delivers a strong customer value proposition.
Your role will involve close collaboration with teams across marketing, sales, operations, and merchandise, as well as supporting communications, reporting, and logistics for loyalty programs and member engagement.
To succeed, you’ll be motivated and organised, with strong execution skills, and the ability to plan, communicate, and analyse effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In the role you will:

  • Support the Repco brand through engaging, on-brand marketing activity and communications
  • Maintain and update our website (WordPress), coordinating graphics and content with key stakeholders
  • Assist the Trade Marketing Specialist across campaigns, promotions, events, and customer communications
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
  • Provide event support, including coordination of national tradeshows
  • Create reports and insights to measure campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the design studio to deliver compelling marketing collateral
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans across multiple brands and audiences

About you:

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • You’re confident building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Skilled in copywriting and proofreading, with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review results and offer insight
  • Experience with WordPress (highly regarded) and Marketo (desirable, but not essential)
