We're currently looking for talented and passionate people to join our team at Footscray. The role entails teaching structured English and Mathematics lessons to small groups of Prep - Year 12 students on Saturdays and completing up to 2 hours of paid corrections in your own time during the week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The position involves:
- Preparing for classes;
- Correcting work;
- Teaching structured content to small groups of students;
- Giving students feedback and advice on how they can improve; and
- Being the absolute best role model to our students.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be considered, you must:
- Be passionate about learning and teaching;
- Be a strong communicator, both verbally and via writing;
- Demonstrate a strong background in the subjects you are interested in teaching;
- Be extremely well organised;
- Be able to follow systems and procedures;
- Have leadership potential;
- Be able to work well in a team;
- Demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised; and
- Demonstrate the ability to influence others to work towards common goals.
- Most importantly, you must be committed and available to teach classes weekly on Saturdays throughout the academic calendar.
