This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.
Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are currently searching for Mechanical Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mechanical activities on-site, including conveyor scope and other related systems.
- Ensure all mechanical work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Inspect mechanical installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation related to mechanical work progress and issues.

Key Requirements
- Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
- Proven experience in supervising in a construction context, across mechanical/conveyor scope.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure. A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
