The Opportunity:
Due to internal movement, this leadership position has been recreated and become live. Your role will be to lead the brand internationally, whilst working collaboratively with the commercial team and leading the MSL’s of this brand in the medical team. This role will be working within the primary care space and will report to the Head of Medical affairs.
This role will be based in Sydney, New south Wales and will require you to be able to travel to this location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for maximizing Local Brand performance. • Co-own the development and implementation of the Growth Strategy and annual plans. • Together with the core LBT, be responsible for developing brand objectives and aligning individual function KPIs. • Manage progress on KPIs and underperformance, etc. • Align with the global brand strategy planning.
- Experienced in working within the pharmaceutical industry. • Demonstrated experience of tenure within medical affairs and a similar role • Be able to provide and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Preferred master’s degree in science, Business or equivalent.
- This is a full-time, permanent position. • Position is based in Australia. • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Sydney office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
