We are recruiting for a casual medical receptionist to join our team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Billings for the Patients
- Answer phone calls and assisting with patient queries
- Booking appointments for patients
- Confirming appointments
- Check-in patients on arrival for appointments in a courteous and efficient manner
- Process patient billings
- Data entry and processing
- Open/close procedures
- Handling physical and electronic correspondence
- To exercise confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice.
Desirable prior experience
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role.
- Knowledge of Best Practice essential.
- Sound computer experience
