Private Practice in Fitzroy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Secretary to work for a busy practice working with Cardiothoracic surgeons and Respiratory physicians.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am - 5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Previous experience as a Medical Secretary
- Excellent communication Skills
- Knowledge of Zedmed software an advantage
- Theatre and hospital procedure bookings
- Experienced in Health Funds and Medicare
- Knowledge preferred in billing via ECLIPSE
- I-scribe knowledge an advantage
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
