We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Lumus Imaging team in Maroubra.
In this full-time, patient-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact, helping every patient feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing patient enquiries and appointment bookings with professionalism and care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry
- Processing Medicare claims, billing, payments, and end-of-day banking
- Supporting clinical staff to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
What We’re Looking For
- Tech-savvy: Confident using digital systems and troubleshooting basic IT issues
- Organised & adaptable: Able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
- Positive & proactive: Brings energy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset
- Team player: Works well with others and happy to support wherever needed
- Healthcare experience a plus: Prior medical reception or admin experience is highly regarded
