Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and ready to make a difference in members' lives? We’re looking for a confident and committed Member Service Consultant (Flexible part time)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM –1:30PM with options to work on Saturdays if required
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our brand building genuine connections with members, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right solutions and products. You’ll also play a key role in supporting customers as they navigate the digital banking space, helping them embrace technology with confidence.

You will be empowered to:

- Support our members to use our digital services
