Full-time | Permanent | $28–$36 p/h
HealthWISE is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to provide evidence-based therapeutic care to people experiencing moderate to severe and complex mental health conditions in Gunnedah or Narrabri.
In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver person-centred, trauma-informed interventions and collaborate with GPs, allied health providers, and community services to support recovery and wellbeing.
About the Role:
- Provide individual and group clinical mental health services
- Conduct risk assessments and deliver outcome-focused therapy
- Work closely with GPs, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Use outreach, telehealth, and in-person services to increase access
- Promote recovery through early intervention and holistic care
About You:
- Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ACA
- Experience delivering clinical mental health services
- Skilled in managing people at risk of self-harm or suicide
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Driver’s licence, WWCC, and National Police Check required
