We’re on the lookout for passionate, reliable, and person-centred Support Workers/Mentors to join our growing team at Creating Care Links—a trusted fresh NDIS provider specialising in Supported Independent Living and Community Participation .
This casual role offers 8–30 hours per week, with flexible shift options across Sydney. this role is for Community Participation shifts but if needed can pick up shifts at our SIL home in Campbelltown.
Needing workers all over Sydney, so do not let "Campbelltown" in this description fool you. License is a must.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing community-based support (CP) across Sydney—empowering participants to engage socially, build skills, and work towards their NDIS goals
- Picking up shifts at our welcoming SIL home if needed.
- Supporting participants with dignity, compassion, and a focus on independence and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in disability or community support Essential.
- Enthusiastic workers ready to make a difference.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- A genuine, person-centred approach to care.
- Flexibility and commitment—especially for afternoon and sleepover shifts.
- Must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a reliable vehicle for CP shifts.
