Merchandiser

• Ongoing casual hours $32.79 per hour
• Work is allocated 2 weeks in advance
• Flexible hours, must have 3 days availability

As a Planogram Merchandiser, you will execute planogram/relays whilst maintaining relationships with stores and retail management on an ongoing casual basis, helping Brand Influence Group (BIG) support Australia’s major retailers.

About the Role:
Approximately 10 hours per week in Launceston and surround suburbs
Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility needed for 2-3 days across Monday-Friday

• Flexibility is required minimum

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with store and retail management
• Executing planograms accurately
• Physical requirement: Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking of products is demanded
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will have:

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
