Merchandiser

As a BIG Imperial Tobacco Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, visiting various retailers, mass, and independent stores. Your responsibilities will include essential merchandising tasks such as stock maintenance, planogram execution, price auditing, and ensuring product availability and compliance.

About the Role:

• Approximately 10 hours per week in East Vic Park and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business requirements.

This role also will be merchandising in our grocery sector for Liquor also

Flexibility is required across Monday, Wednesday and Fridays

• Immediate start

Your Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with store personnel
• Aligning the Imperial Tobacco portfolio to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all safe work practices.
  Executing cycle activation, retail engagement, availability, and advocacy programs.
• Sharing relevant product knowledge with retailers.
• Implementing price promotions, tickets, and price boards to ensure Imperial Brands are available at the correct price.
• Submitting accurate reports and uploading quality photos via iPad/smartphone.
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Retail, supermarket or similar experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible around customer needs
• An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
