About the role 

In this role, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day performance of the Regional Field Support team and assist the Team Leader in fostering a constructive team culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Supported by a strong team, you will be responsible for the analysis of operational performance and development of strategies and programs for staff engaged in meter reading activities to meet reading program targets and requirements.

You’ll manage resource planning, scheduling, and regional travel, while supporting workforce development and performance management. This is a parental leave cover position, available until February 2026.

What you can expect with this role

Your skills and experience

You’re a strong communicator who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in supporting your team and customers. You go the extra mile to get things done and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

You’re confident managing day-to-day queries from field staff and have experience handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You understand the importance of effective scheduling and resource planning, and you’ve had exposure to managing people and navigating people-related matters.
