Microsoft 365 Product Administrator

  • PoV 5.1 - $113,022 - $124,884 base salary range + 11.5% superannuation

We have an opportunity for a Microsoft 365 Product Administrator to join the team and provide day to day administration and support of the Microsoft suite of products.

About the role

You will actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders and provide specialist and best practice knowledge to deliver innovate solutions that meet our organisation's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with internal strategy and architecture leaders and provide recommendations on Microsoft 365 platform development strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge related to the development and support of the Microsoft 365 product suite through engagement, communication and documentation.
  • Facilitate engagement and collaboration in accordance with approved communication strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Initiate and deliver regular user workshops and meetings regarding Microsoft 365 product advances and innovations. Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses.
  • Proactively identify process, technical or training issues and suggest and implement solutions.

About you

You're a proactive communicator and problem-solver with strong Microsoft 365 expertise. You enjoy working with stakeholders to implement digital solutions that enhance business outcomes and drive innovation, alongside:

  • Demonstrated experience implementing, managing and supporting Microsoft 365 products in a complex environment, including onboarding, migration and optimisation activities.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences and influence change through training and advocacy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience applying project or governance frameworks to deliver business improvements using Microsoft 365 technologies.
