About This Opportunity
Dovida is undertaking a national Microsoft 365 migration project following a major rebranding and IT transformation. We’re seeking two experienced Microsoft IT Engineers to support site migrations across Australia, including workstation readiness, desk setup, and post-migration support.
This role follows a rotating 3–4-week cycle involving travel, onsite migrations, and periods of remote support and preparation. You’ll work closely with the Lead Migration Consultant and internal IT team to ensure a smooth rollout across multiple offices. This is a hands-on, contract role ideal for engineers with strong end-user support and migration experience in Microsoft environments.
This role requires working one weekend every 3-4 weeks, typically involving longer days during the migration period. Time off in lieu will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and prepare user devices using Intune/Autopilot following project standards.
- Perform full physical desk setups, including monitors, docking stations, headsets, and cable management.
- Provide first-level support during and after migration cutovers, resolving issues like MFA, Outlook, Teams, and printing.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues on-site (e.g. monitors, docks, USB-C).
- Participate in scheduled after-hours and weekend migration work every 3–4 weeks.
- Log support issues, attend daily stand-ups, and follow all procedures set by the Lead Migration Consultant.
About you:
- Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with hands-on knowledge of Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams.
- Confidence setting up devices, peripherals, and workstations in a fast-paced, on-site migration environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially during post-migration support for common user issues (e.g., MFA, Outlook, Teams).
- Willingness to travel nationally and work after hours or weekends during migration phases.
- Clear communication, professional presentation, and the ability to support users calmly during change.
