At St George, our Mobile Lending Managers are trusted experts who bring the home loan experience directly to customers — and we’re looking for professionals who already have a strong network and are ready to take it to the next level.
If you’ve built solid relationships with Real Estate Agents, Accountants, Solicitors or other key referrers, this is your opportunity to turn those connections into a thriving business. Working flexibly and independently, you’ll use your established network to attract and support customers throughout their home ownership journey — from the first conversation to settlement and beyond.
You’ll be the face of St George in your community, offering tailored lending solutions and a seamless experience that keeps customers — and referrers — coming back. And with access to a full suite of banking products, you’ll be able to add even more value, helping customers with their broader financial needs while strengthening long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who’s already known and trusted in their local market — and who’s ready to grow their impact with the backing of a strong, supportive brand.
- Strong ability to foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential.
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.
- Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
