Be part of a high performing team that strive to meet lending targets, foster strong team relationships and driving financial growth.
What is the role?
Our Mobile Lending Managers get out and about every day to build and maintain strong standout relationships with customers – especially those customers who need lending products, services and advice.
Managing multiple customers across just as many markets, you’ll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And because you aren’t working in the one branch each day, you’ll find other creative ways to build that customer base – including external referral networks
What do I need?
The customer relationships our Mobile Lending Managers foster often start with a referral network of external partners. Which is why experience with maintaining this sort of network is a must-have.
Along with this, you’ll have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending) and will be fully across the home lending process with a solid pipeline of contacts to tap into.
Some other things are essential to your success:
- Proven experience within sales / business development
- Solid time management skills and an ability to multi-task - prioritising is essential
- Solid personal resilience -Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships.
- Self-motivation & ambition- you are a key team player
As a people-person, you’ll always make customers feel confident that they’re in good hands – and even then, you’ll find ways to exceed their expectations.
