We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at JLT Public Sector (a company of Marsh). This role will be based in the Brisbane – Newstead office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a motor claims consultant in the Brisbane team, your role will entail:

  • Responsibility for the management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.

  • Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers

  • Providing analysis of claims as required

  • Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims

  • Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required

We would like you to have:

  • Motor claims management experience will be viewed favourably.

  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.

  • Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness.

  • Ability to be a self-starter and be self-motivated.

  • Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
