HIRING: MOWING & GARDENING CREW MEMBER (PERM PART-TIME with the view to FULL-TIME)
Based in Umina Beach, NSW | Minimum 20 hours/week
We’re a local mowing & gardening crew looking for a solid worker to jump on board. Not chasing perfection — just someone who shows up, has a crack, and gets the job done.
The Role:
- Permanent part-time — minimum 20 hours/week
- 7am starts
- Mix of mowing, hedging, clean-ups & general gardening
- During peak growth season, you can expect 30+ hours/week
- Above award wage
- Potential to progress into a full-time role for the right person
- Bonuses available – if you’re efficient and take care with the work, there’s extra coin in it for ya
You’ll need to:
- Have a valid licence and be confident driving (minimum green p's)
- Be on time, ready to go, no dramas
- Know your way around the tools — or keen to learn fast
- Handle a bit of banter, give some back
- Respect the clients, the team, the gear, and the job
