About the role:
The MyStep Team Manager provides management and leadership for the multidisciplinary MyStep to Mental Wellbeing team across the Western Sector of MLHD.
The position provides high level coordination and management of the suite of mental health services within the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Western Hub, to include delivery of the stepped care mental health model that offers a range of services from low, medium and high intensity, to severe and complex, with intensity able to be increased or decreased as needs change.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Be a confident / consciousness leader with an engaging personality aligning with NSW Health Core values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment
Hold a recognised qualification within the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award
Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with relevant peak body e.g. AASW for social workers
