Occupational Therapist (Assessments) :

We are seeking an experienced OT to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments for children, adolescents and young adults in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
About the Role: As an experienced OT in an independent contractor role, you will have a primary focus on conducting thorough assessments including (but not limited to) Functional Capacity Assessments and Developmental Occupational Therapy Assessments. This role offers flexibility with hours and great autonomy in a contractor capacity. Patches is open to this role developing into a more permanent employment arrangement for the right candidate. While the emphasis is on assessment, there may be opportunities to deliver intensive therapy follow-up, ensuring clients receive holistic, client-centered care.

Eligibility Requirements:
- AHPRA registration
- 3-4 years of experience in Occupational Therapy
- Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments
- NDIS experience
- Paediatric experience (preferred)
- Developmental OT Assessment experience (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
- DIS Worker Screening check
- Working With Children Check
- Valid driver’s license
- Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- As an independent contractor you will need workers compensation & public liability insurances
