Key Responsibilities:
- Process and file transport-related documents (orders, delivery notes, invoices).
- Enter and update transport data in the system with accuracy.
- Assist the scheduling team with preparing daily task sheets and documentation.
- Handle phone calls and emails, redirecting basic driver/customer queries.
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good English reading & writing; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, reliable, and a good team player.
- Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen preferred); long-term only.
- Office/admin experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome.
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
