Abacus is currently seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team working onsite in our Osborne Park WA office.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
Invoicing and Administration
- Processing / invoicing customer orders including returns, refunds, credits
- Providing customers with quotations
- Customer Relations, i.e. responding to customer queries, assisting in the shop, answering the phone
- Assist other admin staff with other ad-hoc duties and projects
Product Assembly
- Picking and assembling various product kits
Your background
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be supplied
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
- Confident and proficient understanding of common computer software
- Excellent organisational and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently in a pro-active manner
