We are an indoor leisure centre and playcentre located in Altona North who are seeking an individual who will be able to assist us with the running of our social media and some office/administration duties to assist with the general day to day running of the centre.
The applicant we are searching for will need to show a great level of initiative and meet deadlines as a part of their role.

- Office and administration experienced preferred not essential.
- Experience in media or training in social media is preferred but not essential.
- A friendly smile to welcome and greet families at the centre.
- Position would be part time - around 12-20 hours a week. With some weekends if required
Common tasks include but are not limited to:
posting to our social media platforms, customer online enquires, creating content to engage with our customers, greeting customers and taking entry for kids into the centre, answering and responding to emails, calls and voicemails, general maintenance and cleaning of the centre, arranging and confirming party bookings, organising catering through our suppliers etc.
