We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to take charge of our administrative operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our medical centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, evaluate, and improve office services while establishing priorities and service standards.
- Allocate workspace and human resources effectively.
- Assign tasks, oversee staff performance, and prepare operational reports.
- Manage office records, accounts, and administrative systems.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate business activities and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and relevant government policies.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, promotions, payroll, and performance management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries.
- Organise meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain orderly filing systems.
About You
- Relevant qualification (minimum diploma-level) or proven industry experience.
- 1–2 years of prior office management or equivalent leadership experience.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team, allocate tasks, and monitor outcomes effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience using “Best Practice” software is desirable.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to achieving operational efficiency.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary package ($77,000- $80,000 per annum, excluding super).
