Office Manager, Scheduler, Bookkeeper, Admin
Comini Plumbing is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join the team at Cavan on a Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm basis (hours may be negotiated)
What's involved;
● Processing weekly payroll
● Communicating with key stakeholders internally and externally
● Scheduling upcoming jobs with clients
● Preparing documentation for projects
● Processing accounts payable & receivable
● Reconciling business accounts
● Requisitioning stock from suppliers
● General administrative duties
Successful candidate will require experience in the following systems;
● MYOB AccountRight
●Tradify (or scheduling system eg Simpro, ServiceM8)
● Google workspace(Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive & Gmail)
To be successful in this position you will need to be able to;
● Work autonomously
● Prioritise your time to meet deadlines
● Communicate with key stakeholders variety of mediums
● Problem Solve issues and make decisions without direction
Candidates that have had experience in administration roles within a trade
environment would be highly regarded. Start date is negotiable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,040.19 – $70,000.00 per year
