The Opportunity
The Delivery & Installation team in Sydney, NSW look after our growing customer base Sydney-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too. We currently have a position for an Offsider (Delivery & Installation Assistant) to be based in Eastern Creek.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the lead driver with deliveries and appliance installations, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Overtime available when required
- Helping to receive, load, and unload orders from the delivery truck
- Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods
- Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers.
Experience Required:
- Similar experience in a driver delivery role
- A clean driver license, a valid MR License would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Sydney
- Providing premium customer service and good communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
- Tech savvy and physically fit to be able to lift and move appliances
- A Forklift license would also be an advantage, but is not a necessity
