About the job
As an Inclusive Employment Australia Ongoing Support Consultant your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers, this will involve face to face, phone and on the job support
  • Identify any barriers that may impact upon ongoing employment and address them promptly to ensure the placement is retained
  • Monitor work placements for participants who have already been engaged in employment beyond 26 weeks, towards the achievement of monthly targets
  • Work closely with current and potential employers on their labour needs, identifying opportunities to market participants for additional placements
  • Assist with verifying and obtaining evidence of employment, including payslips
  • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focussed, high performance approach to the role
About you
  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirable
  • Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability
  • Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI’s, using your analytical mindset to interpret data to achieve outcome
  • Must hold a Driver’s license as travel throughout the region will be required
