About the Role
The Online Assessment Content Lead is based in the Assessment Policy, Development and Practice Unit in Assessment and Reporting Division of the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA).
In this role, you will manage and support the ongoing development and maintenance of content (e.g. items (questions), assessments and digital resources) for online assessment and reporting systems, including the Digital Assessment Library (DAL). You will be responsible for ensuring that online assessment content is technically of the highest quality, error free and functions appropriately on our online platform.
You will report to the Manager, Assessment Policy, Development and Practice but the role is part of a flexible team that supports the work of the Assessment Strategy, Policy and Development branch. You will be responsible for managing a small number of both permanent and casual staff and will provide a critical interface between our subject matter experts, technical operational team and external contractors/resources that support the development and delivery of assessment content.
This fixed term, full-time role is located in the CBD, Melbourne and offers flexible working arrangements consistent with VPS policy.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated program/administrative experience and a relevant Bachelor Degree is required.
