Team Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform by turning data into insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives that enhance the experience for both drivers and riders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about solving real-world operational problems through data, eager to grow their analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Operational Insights
    Track, analyze, and interpret key operational metrics across driver and rider segments. Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making on user engagement, service reliability, and platform efficiency.

  • Initiative Support & Impact Evaluation
    Support the planning and execution of driver and rider-facing operational initiatives. Evaluate performance through structured experiments and data analysis, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

  • Local Operations & Execution Monitoring
    Partner with city operations teams to monitor the effectiveness of local activations, offline initiatives, and supply-demand strategies. Provide data-backed suggestions to improve city-level performance.

  • Process Improvement
    Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and leverage data to drive scalable improvements in efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.

  • Reporting & Dashboarding
    Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), support weekly/monthly reviews, and highlight emerging trends or issues.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Ops to align on goals, ensure accurate metric definitions, and drive continuous improvement based on shared insights.


Role Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in data and analytics, with the ability to interpret information and contribute to insight-driven discussions and recommendations.


  • Exposure to, or a willingness to learn, data tools and analytical techniques to identify trends and support operational decisions.


  • Familiarity with Excel; willingness to advance proficiency over time.


  • SQL experience is a plus, or an eagerness to learn SQL to work with large datasets more efficiently.


  • Curious and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to learn from real-world operational challenges.


  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
