Finance and Accounting provide business partnership and specialist accounting and financial analysis support to our investors and our internal teams through: Finance Strategy, Business Planning and Budgeting, Workforce Planning, Fund Accounting, Corporate Financial and Management Reporting, Corporate Tax and Regulatory Reporting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, and Procurement.

The Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Accounts Payable Finance team on a six-month fixed-term basis. This hands-on role offers exposure to a wide range of accounting responsibilities across the IFM Global group, supporting key financial reporting and reconciliation activities. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and help maintain high-quality financial records that underpin operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the accounts payable team, under guidance from the Accounts Payable Manager
- Manage accounts payable processes, including bank reconciliations and business expense payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly journaling of Corporate Card transactions
- Accurately identifies internal stakeholder/investor needs and solve complex problems
- Help implement new systems and tools to streamline processes and automate workflows
- Build and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and reports to support data analysis and decision making.
- Assist in preparing reports and departmental reporting
Your Background and Experience
- A proactive, all-rounder accountant with a positive, can-do mindset
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Actively pursuing CA or CPA certification
- 2–3 years’ experience in finance / operations within complex corporate, or a global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders across the business
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm to problem solve
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and accounts payable software
- Collaborative team player with initiative and a solution-focused approach
