About this Position

We’re searching for a hands-on, people-focused Operations Supervisor to help lead our small, high-performing team in Mount Isa. • Start the day early (5 AM) to ensure trucks and team are ready to go.
  • Lead a team of around 10, including warehouse staff and drivers.
  • Conduct stock counts, manage inventory and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support safety, compliance and general site readiness.
  • Be the go-to when the Branch Manager is away.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in warehouse or transport operations (bonus points if you’ve worked in chilled or frozen environments).
  • A solid grasp of time management, safety and compliance standards.
  • Leadership capability, you're ready to guide a team.
  • Physically fit and willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Forklift licence (LF) and budgeting/reporting skills are a plus, but not essential.
