We now invite applications from an experienced Organisational Change Management professional to lead change-management solutions as an integral part of Business School’s (USBS) transition to a new governance and organisational structure .
Y our key responsibilities will be to :
lead and manage change-management streams through transition to future-state , overseeing the design, development and implementation of change management deliverables
collaborate with the Project team and Project sponsors to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness
m anage stakeholder expectations, fostering positive engagement throughout the change process
w ork closely with other stream leads to identify , understand and facilitate transition activities
a lign transition activities with the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from the changes.
About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent change-management experience in complex transformation programs, preferably within higher education
Proven ability to lead and manage change program s , including designing, developing and implementing change deliverables
Comprehensive understanding of the Project and Change Management framework and governance methodologies and tools
Skilled in collaborating with project sponsors, managers and owners to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
