The Role
As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities include:
Acting as the Responsible Person for the service
Ensuring a safe and inclusive OSHC service for staff and children
Managing children’s attendance and bookings to maintain supervision and safety
Supporting the design and implementation of engaging educational programs
Building strong relationships with families and the school community
Sharing children’s experiences and achievements with families
This is a permanent part-time position (66 hours per fortnight). Monday to Friday. Term Time Only. Split shifts.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A qualification (or be working towards one) in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)
A valid NSW Working with Children Check
A child protection training certificate
A First Aid Certificate
