Key Responsibilities:
- Research work from the past week and follow up with customers to make sure they are happy
- Follow up on estimates previously provided
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our home services.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Close sales and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Encourage and facilitate customer reviews on Google to enhance our online presence.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
