About the role.
What is the role? It is diverse, rewarding, exciting and will offer you the opportunity of a career pathway within the eyewear industry.
- Actively participate in day to day operations of the store – including assisting patients, sales, taking enquiries and post sales follow up.
- Recommend frame options based on the patient’s prescription, fashion and lifestyle.
- Maintain impeccable practice presentation including merchandising.
- Benefit from in-house and external training to ensure success in this role.
Skills and Experience.
The candidate we looking to join our Sydney flagship team needs to have,
- Previous customer service or retail experience.
- Optical experience preferred but not required.
- Able to work during the week, weekends and public holidays.
- Be confident in discussing knowledge of products and advising customer what suits them.
To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be curious and willing to learn optical concepts, and have a result-orientated mindset and motivation to share in our company success. Previous experience working in a customer service and sales driven retail environment is essential.
