Parts Interpreter | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane
We are seeking a driven & hardworking Parts Interpreter to join our parts team.
Our ideal applicant will have a comprehensive knowledge of genuine parts and have previous experience in a similar role within a dealership environment.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide technical and product information to our customers
- Understanding and monitoring effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory
- Working in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximize parts sales opportunities
