PATROLS SERVICES MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location: Bentley, Western Australia
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (13:00-22:00)
Salary: Up to $93,000 + Super + Use of a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle

  • Manage effective generation of patrol briefs to ensure customer requirement are met and patrol considerations are considered
  • Provide Patrol Officers with additional support during confirmed break and enter
  • Provide practical support and complete reporting requirements for vehicle accidents or break downs
  • Maintain roster / succession plan / leave planner / training sheets for Mobile Patrols
  • Provide buddy training for new Patrol Officers to ensure they are familiar with sites and understanding of Mobile Patrol procedures
  • Conduct monthly random patrol runs and vehicle inspections and accompany a Patrol Officer to monitor services are being conducted as per procedures and duties performed adequately
  • Continuously reviewing Patrol KPI reports, occurrence and incident reports for quality assurance
  • Continuously reviewing run sheets to maximize zone density and efficiency and coordinating workload to ensuring minimize compliance issues
  • Manage key registry and the auditing of keys
  • Conduct service audits with a focus on Replacement Patrol completion
  • Continually drive productivity gains via process improvement and waste reduction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery or profit by analysing data that obtained from Wilson Security’s compliance systems
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

  • Ensure patrols meet client needs, manage rosters, and oversee training.
  • Conduct random patrol inspections and optimize service efficiency.
  • Handle patrol reports, key registry audits, and vehicle issues.


Operations Centre

  • Monitor service levels and ensure prompt response times.
  • Oversee shift coverage, quality audits, and staff training.
  • Assist during peak times and manage customer issue resolution.


Client & Account Management

  • Ensure contract compliance and service consistency.
  • Build strong client relationships and address issues proactively.
  • Review contracts, develop action plans, and anticipate site needs.


Leadership & Compliance

  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to WHS policies and Australian Consumer Law.
  • Participate in audits, mitigate risks, and optimize team performance.

  • Experience in multi-site operations and client management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of WHS policies and statewide geographical locations.
