We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will work closely with leaders to implement and support the people strategy across the division, with a heavy focus on handling grievances, performance management and conduct matters.

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.

Job Description

This is an on-site position

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER matters are handled promptly and sensitively and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to people leaders
  2. Manage end to end investigations into a range of matters
  3. Provide coaching to managers to apply HR principles within their teams
  4. Deliver our strategic people initiatives across the employee lifecycle
