We are looking for a dynamic and proactive People Coordinator to assist the people team. This is a vital role in supporting the delivery of our people strategy by providing high-quality, efficient, and proactive support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:
- HR systems and processes: Manage HRIS administration, user access, data accuracy, workflows, and maintain People Team SharePoint. Support process improvements and documentation.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Create and post job ads, coordinate background checks, process hires and contracts in HRIS, and support onboarding.
- Remuneration and benefits: Assist with salary reviews, incentive programs, and coordinate with benefits providers.
- Learning and development: Maintain learning plans and course library in HRIS with business unit input.
- Reporting and admin: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, support external reporting, and provide general administrative support to the People Team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable manner
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- Experience coordinating multiple HR or administrative processes simultaneously
- Experience working with HR systems
