The Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing and brand, working closely with our growth team to drive acquisition through high quality creative at a rapid pace.
Your primary focus will be on Facebook, expanding into Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels as we scale. From concept to iteration, you’ll test, learn, and build a creative system that delivers compound growth.
Mission: supercharge our direct-to-clinician growth through standout advertising creative that converts.
What you’ll do:
Develop, test, and scale performance ad creative across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
Build creative briefs informed by data, clinician insight, and platform best practice
Lead ideation for hooks, formats, copy, visuals, and motion — across still, video, and UGC
Run structured creative testing loops in partnership with media buyer
Collaborate with design and studio team to translate insights from top-performing assets into scalable templates and systems
Maintain a clear feedback loop between performance data and creative development
Connect with design, brand and copy to keep creative on-message and on-brand
What we will look for:
3–5 years’ experience in performance creative or paid social strategy, ideally in high-growth SaaS or DTC
Deep expertise in Meta advertising formats, mechanics, and algorithmic trends
Proven ability to build creatives that scale and hit CAC/LTV targets
Data-informed, with a bias for rapid iteration and structured testing
Strong creative instincts — you can spot a killer hook or line from a mile away
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals
Nice to haves:
Experience creating or directing ad creatives for healthcare, clinician, or B2B audiences
Motion design, video editing, or UGC production chops
Familiarity with paid creative platforms (e.g. Motion, Pencil, TikTok Creative Center)
