Skycare Solutions is looking for experienced NDIS support workers to deliver support to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3 male client in the Doncaster VIC. Applicants should be prepared to support clients with activities of daily living such, as medication, continence assistance, domestic duties, attending appointments and the use of various lifting aides.
Client requirement: Experience in supporting clients with complex needs.
Skills & Experience
- Cert III in Disability or a relevant qualification.
- Current Driving License.
- Police check.
- NDIS Worker screening or ability to obtain.
- A positive, reliable, empathetic approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence required.
- Demonstrated, proven experience working with individuals who may have complex support needs in different environments.
- Proven can do, positive and willing attitude.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Friendly disposition and engaging manner – a sense of humour!.
- Initiative and self-motivation.
- Flexibility and availability are essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
