Bene Aged Care is currently seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team at the St. Clair Residential Facility on a part-time basis.

- Available Shifts: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to clinical staff
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each resident
Essential:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care
Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Previous experience in residential aged care
Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
