Pay Rate: $42.83 – $94.21 per hour + superannuation (casual rates, including penalties)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers (PCW) to join our casual pool, providing high-quality care and support to residents in aged care facilities across Tin Can Bay. This role is ideal for compassionate, committed individuals who take pride in delivering respectful, person-centred care.
Duties may include:
- Providing personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting resident mobility and transfers
- Assisting with meals and feeding
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health
- Offering companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within aged care
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current influenza vaccination (in line with healthcare regulations)
- Reliable transport and availability for shift work
