About the Role

Join a purpose-driven team helping vulnerable Victorians access the entitlements they deserve. Duties

  • Proactively manage TPD, income protection, and terminal illness claims
  • Identify and investigate TFM claims, including document reviews and estate searches
  • Liaise with solicitors, courts and the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal
  • Consult with clients (where appropriate), VCAT, and guardians to progress matters
  • Provide technical training and ongoing support to internal consultants and leaders
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and legislative compliance

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in personal financial administration or case management
  • Excellent communication, analytical and investigative skills
  • Knowledge of superannuation insurance and estate-related legislation
  • Confidence interpreting probate documents and legal processes
  • Empathy and capability to work with clients with disability
  • Willingness to learn and support technical training delivery
  • Desirable: Background in law, business, accounting, or a related field

Employee Benefits

We offer a range of employee benefits including:

  • One-off work-from-home set up payment
  • Career development
  • Health and well-being programs
  • Flexible working conditions
  • Education assistance
  • Purchased leave
  • Employee assistance program
  • Reward and recognition program
  • Free Will preparation
  • Retailer discounts
