Shift Debrief & Manifest Clerk – Afternoon Shift

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Team Global Express is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Debrief & Manifest Clerk to join our Braeside operations team on a permanent full-time basis . This role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills and a background in transport, logistics, or operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Process and manage driver debrief documentation and update relevant databases
Enter PODs into company systems efficiently and accurately
Complete manifesting for PUD and Linehaul operations
Investigate and resolve missing freight or paperwork issues
Manage pallet transfers and dockets
Support the fleet team in daily coordination tasks
Compile and send out daily operational reports
Perform general admin duties to support the depot
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Prior experience in transport, logistics, or operations administration
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel
Experience with Toll Works or similar systems (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
A proactive and positive attitude
