Gain a comprehensive understanding of the IT Financial Management solution and associated ICT service cost models needed to support various user/stakeholder groups, inform continuous improvement initiatives, and mature ICT financial and service performance reporting.
Manage vendor contractual arrangements and ensure compliance, including the coordination of vendor meetings and contractual performance reporting requirements, and approved statements of work.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of IT Financial Management solution enhancements, periodic releases/upgrades, and completion of new business requirements to be scheduled as part of the vendor's ongoing development pipeline.
Manage any business change and communication processes across the various user groups to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new features and functionality.
Ensure key IT Financial Management solution artefacts reflect current operating models and practices and coordinate the periodic review of work instructions, procedures, and processes with individual team members to ensure strong alignment.
Undertake periodic reviews of role-based security and access to the solution and take any corrective action to further strengthen internal controls and information management.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Demonstrated ICT financial management (or equivalent) and cost modelling experience, including conversant utilisation and continuous improvement of financial management solutions.
Demonstrated experience in vendor contractual management, coordination of solution upgrades/enhancements, and user/stakeholder communication and change management processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a broader team, problem solve, and actively share information and knowledge.
