Are you a seasoned expert in Estimating, Cost Control, or Planning & Scheduling? BHP’s Project Centre of Excellence (PCoE) group is seeking Principal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to elevate our global project delivery standards.

As an Estimating & Cost Control, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of BHP’s capital projects by providing expert guidance, governance, and strategic insight. You’ll ensure alignment with BHP’s standards and industry best practices, while fostering a culture of care and continuous improvement across global and regional teams.

Key responsibilities:

As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate the following:

The role can be based in Australia corporate offices in Perth, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
You will be working on Monday to Friday roster with 3-2-1 arrangement. Three days from the office, two days from home, one of those days must be a Monday or Friday.
