About this Opportunity
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Production Operator within our UHT/ESL Department who is ready to make a positive impact to the business. The opportunity is for a full time permanent position. As part of the team, you will:
- Operate production equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues or deviations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
About
We require a team-oriented and highly skilled Operator who is:
- Self motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required
- Has a strong focus on safety and quality
- Previous experience in operating fillers and packing production lines in the food industry is preferred
- Sound fault finding / troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required.
- SAP system experience will be highly regarded.
